About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Department. In this role, you will oversee construction activities, ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and schedules, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on site.

Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.

Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Prepare progress reports and site documentation.

Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Experience with large-scale residential developments is preferred.
